We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our main distribution location in the U.S.A. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. Our goal is to get all web orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 3:00pm EST shipped within 48 hours.
Orders received after 12:00 p.m. on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will ship within 48 business hours on the following week. All orders received on a mailing holiday will ship within 48 hours of the first business day following the holiday.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Once your order is entered into the ITWCCE system we will ship it via the most efficient method. Most orders will be shipped UPS. If this is the case, you will receive a shipping confirmation directly from UPS via e-mail. The confirmation will provide the tracking number required for you to track your package as it makes its way to you. You can track your package online through the UPS website by using the tracking number provided.
If your purchase requires delivery other than UPS, it means your order will be shipped and delivered via a freight service utilizing a large truck. This freight is curbside delivery by contracted freight carriers and these bulkier items may require assistance unloading. These shipments require someone to be present when delivered. Carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address is a secure location for receiving their order. ITWCCE is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery. There will be no refunds or credits on lost or stolen orders once delivered. Once a delivery confirmation has been issued by the carrier, in most cases UPS, the order will be officially delivered to the customer and is then the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and make sure all pieces are accounted for and the boxes or product(s) are not damaged. You may choose to refuse the delivery if there are unacceptable damages and/or shortages. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt. Make sure to ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt. You must contact Customer Service within 24 hours for any damages or shortages.
INTERNATIONAL, ALASKA, HAWAII & U.S. TERRITORY ORDERS
Shipping is by ground only and is available within the contiguous United States only. For all orders outside of the contiguous United States, please contact your ITWCCE distributor, or call 800-645-5244 for customer service to suggest a distributor that has your items in stock.

All Orders returned for reasons other than defective merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. This includes Orders that qualified for free shipping. All freight costs associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the original purchaser.
Returns must be authorized and accompanied by a return authorization number. Call Customer Service to request authorization and obtain a return authorization number. Returns must be within six months (except for CircuitWorks Conductive Epoxies, which must be returned within three months) of the original purchase. All products must be in case quantities, in the original, non-damaged packaging, and resalable. Credit will be issued pending quality inspection and approval of the return product by the Quality Assurance Department.
Return of hazardous goods will not be accepted from customers who are not certified for shipment of hazardous materials.
